Breading for chicken or pork

Sharing my breading for chicken tenders & pork chops
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 egg
6 tbsp grated parmesean
¼ c bread crumbs
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper (black or cayenne- cayenne is spicier)

Lightly whip the mustard & egg togather.
Mix the cheese, seasoning & bread crumbs in a plastic bag
Dip the chicken or chop in the egg wash then shake in the bag of crumb mix.
This is better
